Job Summary:Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as NA/CNA! This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality care and support to our senior clients in their homes. Responsibilities:- Provide personal care services to senior clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks- Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients by promoting independence, dignity, and respect- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and care team members to ensure quality care and coordination- Document care activities and observations in a timely and accurate manner- Participate in training and educational opportunities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of practice
Requirements:- Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or nursing assistant (NA) in the state of Hawaii- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred- Compassionate and caring attitude with a strong desire to work with seniors- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules
