Job Description
We are currently looking for an IT Manager, Enterprise & E2E Solutions Architecture to join our growing team! In this role, your key responsibilities include defining enterprise-wide technical vision, strategy & end to end technical solution of a business program, aligning with organizational goals & initiatives. You will evaluate and recommend enterprise-wide technology platforms, tools & solutions. You will also further define the end-to-end technical solution for a business programs, products, services and processes.
As an IT Manager, Enterprise & E2W Solutions Architecture, your duties and responsibilities will include:Manage a team of highly talented Enterprise and end to end solution architects.Research, evaluate and recommend enterprise-wide technology platforms, tools and solutions aligning with organizational vison, mission and goalsAnalyze the current trends in technology architecture and recommend on new frameworks and best practicesDefine end to end solutions for a product or services offered. Define the role and technical scope of individual IT systems and components/solutions, interfaces and technical handoff between multiple IT systems, data exchange and formatsProvide direction and recommendation towards clarifying the technical roles of each systems and solutions, aligning with business goals and organizational visionProduce technical artifacts describing the technical roadmap, systems roles and responsibilities in the context of a particular programs/product, interfaces & data designsIdentify and document current technical gaps and evaluate, recommend new capabilities needed to implement a program or launching a new product/serviceEvaluate and vet new technical vendors, identiffy the root cause and responsibility of production/critical issues in existing solutions and systemsQualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
Master's degree in computer science, telecommunications or similar areas, with a minimum of 15+ years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture roles2+ years of experience in a telecom domain including cable, fiber or in internet service industryMust have exposure to core telecom infrastructure including OSS/BSS, multiple technological and architectural frameworks.Must have proven experience in designing systems in cloud native platforms.Must have proven written and verbal communication skills, including presentations using tools like power points and in publishing artifacts including but not limited to architecture, block, integration, ER, DB schema, process and deploymentsMust have the ability to communicate and abstract the messaging to multiple target audiences including Sr business & IT leadership, technology and business teamsBONUS POINTS FOR:
Certifications in any enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and TM ForumExperience working with multiple domains like telecom, retail, finance, insurance, eCom etc.Worked in Enterprise architecture, product evaluation, review boards, etc.#LI-SS1
