Overview:

Scope of Responsibilities:

Assists with the development, implementation, and auditing of inventory policy and procedure. Assists with training and development of Inventory Specialists. Ensures improvement, reporting, and maintenance of key inventory metrics (turns, outdate reduction, etc.)

Job Summary : Assists with the development, implementation, and auditing of inventory policy and procedure. Assists with training and development of Inventory Specialists. Responsible for all assigned inventory tasks that ensures over-all improvement and maintenance of key inventory metrics.

*This is not a remote position.*Responsibilities:Job Duties:Daily maintenance of the New & Updated NDC reportDaily review and management of negative margin reportWeekly review and management of HealthDirect over stock reportWeekly ordering of Spikevax for HealthDirectWeekly review and management of KPH rebateable warehouse drugsAssist with reviewing and managing weekly Veridikal and NetRX reportsResponsible for compiling monthly data to report to KPH Finance on: Store Use, Donations, inventory transfers, MatchRx sales, and scrap/store out dates.Monthly review of Inmar and McKesson returns that are non-compliant for creditResponsible for planning and managing bi-annual pre-inventory meetingsAttend local or high-volume inventoriesEnsure and validate that all inventory packets are complete and stored electronicallyMonthly review of HealthDirect Amazon purchases for cost saving opportunitiesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Education:Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GEDPreferred: AS Degree or higher

Experience:Preferred: Previous experience a plusSpecial Conditions of EmploymentDrug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionCompensation:$20.00 - 23.00 an hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements
