Make an impact in your community today!Backpack Brigade is a small 501c3 nonprofit, founded in 2014, whose sole mission is to end weekend hunger in Washington State. By delivering bags of food to schools, we feed over 2,500 kids per week to help them make it from Friday lunch to Monday breakfast without a single growl.We have routes to Renton, Laurelhurst, Bellevue, and everywhere in between. We will work with you to assign you a school close to your home.Drivers arrive between 9:00 am and 10:30 am each Thursday, grab a clipboard with their assigned school, grab a coffee and head out.
