Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN.Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients.Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule.Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service.Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment.Qualifications:

Must be 16 years old or older.Minimum of 75 hour Certified Nursing Aid certification required. Indicate on your application which CNA certification you possess (75 hour, 120 hour or 150 hour). Only applications with this information indicated will be considered.Level 3 Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
