CommQuest seeks a

DIP Night Monitor

to be a member of the

Driver Intervention Program

located in Massillon .

The DIP Night Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment for the DIP experience. Night Monitor personnel will ensure adherence to DIP rules and manage crises as needed. This is a part time position and will work 6-day programs two to three times per month. Program runs Thursday through Wednesday.

Available shifts are 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8 hours), part-time.

Conduct searches of all participants belongings upon entry to the programAssist in securing medications.Ensure adherences to all DIP rulesManages participants as needed.Complete occurrence reports / incident reports and/or progress notes documenting and all remarkable circumstances; i.e., illness, facility problem, serious rule infraction, and participant termination.Conducts frequent headcounts per shift to ensure all participants are present, to include meal time, before the start of any session, after any occurrence, at lights out, after breaks, at wake up, during sleep hours, etc.All other duties as assignedSchedule:

This is a part-time night shift position, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.Must work

overnight / third shift.Must have the ability to be assertive in enforcing rules and policies while keeping a calm and professional approach.Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.Must exhibit effective communication skills with a wide variety of clientele.
