Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead the migration of identity management solutions from Okta to Microsoft Entra.Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra.Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and document current state of identity management and develop migration strategies.Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Entra with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and services.Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure successful migration and performance optimization.Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams during and after migration.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the migration process, configurations, and best practices.Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM) and related technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra, including successful migrations.Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, technologies, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.).Experience with directory services, such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar certification.Experience with other Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
