Job SummaryThe Manufacturing Data Entry Clerk will work closely with all Manufacturing teams to understand and streamline Manufacturing production processes. This position will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams, working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.This role requires you to be

fully on-site

at BioLegend in San Diego, CA.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Help finish production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materialsAssisting with batch records (prefilling out, reviewing/verification, and scanning/attaching)Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and assisting Planning teams to resubmit re-test samplesPerforming job duties under ISO requirements such as following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructionsOther projects or responsibilities as may be required.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma with 6 months of data entry experience

ORBiotechnology Certificate

ORAssociate degree in a science or related fieldPreferred QualificationsPrior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systemsSome academic or industry laboratory experienceBasic understanding of manufacturing processesThe base salary range for this full-time position is $18.00 - $20.00/hour. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Work Environment & Physical DemandsOfficeWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Occasional exposure to a laboratory and warehouse environment.
