The

Marketing Analyst

is responsible for the collection, visualization, and reporting of all marketing metrics related to brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness. This individual will work closely with the digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, and sales team to turn data into insights that can be used to make marketing and/or user experience decisions. Candidates should be experienced in working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to understand the business logic around data to analyze trends and deliver meaningful reports.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to quantify the value of marketing activity across all relevant channelsOwn market analysis to define, size, and segment key target markets for all Provation products, including new markets, TAM, SAM, and SOM to drive effective commercializationDesign, develop, and launch new reports and dashboards according to business requirementsOwn and lead the creation of target lists for marketing campaigns from CRM and external database contactsMonitor marketing campaigns and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve ROIOwn marketing lead process and standard workAccess, gather, visualize, and interpret data from all relevant sales, product, and marketing tools: Google Analytics, Marketo, CRM, Highspot, Pendo and othersPresent findings, reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-makingSupport ad-hoc product, sales and marketing insights requests for stakeholders throughout the organizationSupport company objectives and achieve goals successfullyActively and constructively participate in all team and employee meetingsProvide feedback to management on market, product, and team/culture issuesParticipate in monthly and annual sales meetingsAttend and successfully complete regularly scheduled training sessionsOther duties and projects as assignedJob Requirements:Education & ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree required; Undergraduate major in business, marketing, technical, or finance disciplineProven experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Google AnalyticsPreferred experience using Microsoft Power BI2+ years of marketing analysis experience at a marketing agency, software or technology company; preferred experience in a B2B and/or healthcare businessOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:Proven ability of understanding data well enough to apply insights to a business and directly contributing to sales growthCapable of working independently with little direction; however with the curiosity and innovative spirit to ask questions and make recommendations to improve process and grow the companyUnderstanding of B2B marketing programs and lead management marketing philosophiesExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlinesStrong communication and problem solving skills
