As a BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, you play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism. Your primary responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, creating and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective behavior intervention services.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Service Delivery:

Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. Conduct initial assessments promptly and update treatment plans regularly.Supervision:

Provide written feedback to RBTs during protocol modification sessions.Data Management and Reporting:

Ensure accurate session notes and utilize correct CPT codes for billing.Client and Family Engagement:

Hold regular meetings with parents/guardians to discuss progress and treatment plans.Operational Compliance:

Fulfill pod assignments effectively and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Proven experience in clinical behavior analysis, preferably with individuals diagnosed with autism.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evidence-based behavioral treatment methodologies.

Physical Requirements:Must be willing to commute to work in the center.Fluent in English.Able to learn and demonstrate physical skills of moderate complexity.Physically able to move from a standing position to one knee and back up.Normal functioning and range of motion in arms, legs, hips, wrists, back, neck, etc.The role may involve lifting, twisting, pulling, or pushing up to 60 lbs.
