Shift LeaderWe have a part-time/full-time opening for Shift Leaders. Papa John’s Shift Leaders assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered to our customers and to ensure restaurant profitability.Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work various shifts per week, including weekends and holidaysMust be able to work in our fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentYou must be able to lead a team of 8 to 15 or more during a shift to ensure customers are well taken care ofMust be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your teamResponsibilities:Management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systemsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practicesMust be able to work long hours, which is likely to include nights, weekends, and holidaysDemonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting resultsCash management skillsHigh School diploma or GEDStarting Pay: $12 an hour BASED ON EXPERIENCEBenefits:Food DiscountsReferral program (Up to $300 per referral!)Career opportunitiesDevelopment opportunities
