Commodity Forwarders is looking for a full-time CDL B Truck Driver to fill a position within our transportation department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $25 – $29/hr. depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Honolulu Branch.Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday 9 AM – 5:30 PMYour Role:Transport perishable freight to and from company locations to Airlines, Customers, and Cargo FacilitiesComfortable using electronics such as iPods and computersAble to identify, document, and explain issues and/or discrepancies with freightComfortable utilizing a manual and/or electric pallet jackComfortable loading and off-loading freight, including manually stacking and/or down stacking productsVerify paperwork accuracy for shipment pick-ups and deliveriesVerify product accuracy for pick-ups and deliveriesAssist warehouse team to shrink-wrap, apply labels, and hand stack cargo as neededMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentEligible to work in the US and pass TSA background checkClass B driver’s licenseValid Medical CardManual/Electric Pallet Jack experience1-2 years minimum driving with CDL BGood Reasons to Join:We offer a great compensation package, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, and a dynamic global work environment.
