SAP (Senior) TM Solution Architect .Your responsibilities:
Independently plan, design and deliver TM process design solutions.Act as project or solution lead on implementation projects, managing the oversight of 4-5 project resources.Establish basic and advanced business processes in SAP TM modules, particularly during Proof of Concept stages for potential clients in pre-sales activities.Draft functional specifications for custom processes identified during gap analysis.Oversee testing for configured business scenarios and custom-developed processes.Ready new SAP systems for go-live phases, offer support for newly implemented transportation processes, and address issues during the stabilization period.Availability for travel up to 50% of the time.Your skills and experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.Advanced Production Integration experience.A track record of at least 2 full life-cycle SAP TM implementations.Cross-module knowledge to design comprehensive logistics processes.Demonstrated expertise in SAP TM configuration and design.Professional certification in SAP TM is a significant advantage.Knowledge of ABAP and proficiency in debugging is a bonus.Experience across various industries with a solid understanding of their specific transportation processes.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science; an advanced degree is a bonus.Soft Skills:
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within Prospects, Customers, and Partners.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects.Ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with clients at all levels.Committed to high-quality project delivery.Our promise:
