Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional who has experience in recruitment and creating unique strategies to attract talent?

We're looking for you to join our team as a Talent Attraction Campus Manager in Toronto or Vaughan, ON!

As the Manager, you will lead the development, planning, and delivery of campus recruitment strategies for our GTA office locations, focusing on Deal Advisory and Risk Consulting to support our Advisory function. You will oversee the GTA campus recruitment team, build relationships with stakeholders in the GTA and surrounding areas, and collaborate with the Campus Recruiting Partner, National Campus Recruitment team, and business partners, as well as external stakeholders at universities and colleges across Canada.

Your Duties will Include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top Co-op, Intern, and Graduate talent for Advisory and Digital teams in the GTA.
  • Engage prospective students at campus programs and events representing the GTA.
  • Oversee the recruitment process (screening, interviewing, selecting, offering, and onboarding) for intern, co-op, and new graduate hires, managing it within our ATS.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set hiring targets, monitor staffing needs, and report on outcomes.
  • Ensure clear communication and excellent client service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead and mentor the GTA campus school teams, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Work with a cross-functional Talent Attraction team to deliver the campus strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry talent strategies and best practices for campus recruitment.

Requirements
  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in HR, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Experience in campus recruitment
  • Strong performance management skills and ability to mentor and guide the campus recruitment team
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines
  • Experience in event management
  • Confidence and experience in public speaking, facilitating group sessions, and networking
  • Eager to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
