- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:00am-5:00pm
- Patient Volume: 30 patients a day

Position Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in one of the following:
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Anesthesia
- Completed or in process of completing an Interventional Pain Fellowship
