Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Charge: Drive the creative strategy for TikTok and other social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Campaign Mastermind: Develop and execute integrated, brand-centric campaigns that boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Innovate Boldly: Foster a culture of creative disruption, always seeking new ways to stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Content Wizardry: Oversee the creation of captivating content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms, driving virality, engagement, and high-performing ads and influencer campaigns.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Mentor and develop your team, creating an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Build Connections: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Persuade & Align: Present compelling creative concepts and campaign ideas to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and social media best practices, especially on TikTok.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use market research and performance data to inform creative decisions and campaign strategies.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively tackle creative challenges, stay self-motivated, and excel both independently and collaboratively.
  • Operational Maestro: Plan, manage, and oversee day-to-day operations within the marketing function.

Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience in creative marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms, especially TikTok.
  • 3 years experience working in the gaming industry, entertainment, or other creative field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your talents.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and build brand loyalty.
  • Deep understanding of social storytelling formats and emerging digital platforms.
  • Possess an innate sense of what makes content tick, with a knack for crafting campaigns that have the potential to go viral.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate creative concepts and strategies with clarity and impact.
  • Comprehensive grasp of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and performance metrics, coupled with the ability to spot trends and seize opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Experienced in using data analytics and performance metrics to inform and optimize creative strategies.


Compensation:

Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 per year. Exact base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
