Software Developer

The Swift Group is looking for a Software Developer to develop an updated custom production application, which provides workflow and research with the ability to review, disposition, build a profile, and update or nominate candidates to other partner organizations.

Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience developing applications using SQL, Python, and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience with Relational databases
- Demonstrated experience with Version control systems such as Git
- Demonstrated experience using React framework
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience with development in a cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering solutions using cloud services
- Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with working in a fast-paced, technically challenging area; ability to anticipate and manage changes or problems; assess impacts and recommend sound solutions
- Demonstrated experience with authentication and authorization process
- Demonstrated experience with Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) security tools
- Demonstrated experience with ETL of data
- Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics and Visualization
- Demonstrated experience with Tableau and/or Power BI Dashboards
- HS Diploma
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with scalable computing, relational database services, load balancing, key management systems, autoscaling, and storage services.
- Demonstrated experience with PostgreSQL database, Redis, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with the development of system prototypes and proof of concept in order to demonstrate proper application of design principles.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to production systems to include troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience in full stack development.
- Demonstrated experience with REST services.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) related certifications or other certifications.
