We exist to care for each other through our actions and values, and to share that with everyone we encounter.Arcadia Beverage has over 80 years of beverage co-packing experience and we are a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors.Our Core Values:Care DeeplyRespect & Support the Whole PersonGrow & Learn EverydayCelebrate & Have FunDo What We Say We're Going to DoWhat You'll Do: Production Scheduling Run Materials Resource Planning (MRP) and use data, forecasts and production run rates to determine production schedule.Evaluate data to determine Production Schedule and qty's needed to ensure all customer order demands are met.Schedule Production Workorders and set production sequence with efficiency and warehouse space in mind, making real-time changes as needed. Schedule Mixing Workorders and set mixing sequence with efficiency & raw material availability in mindWork closely with procurement & RM warehouse to ensure materials are available when needed to fulfill the production schedule. Communicate schedule & changes with production and mixing teams daily Work with other departments and support teams to incorporate forecasts & new product development/launch as needed. ERP Data Integrity Validate and close all work orders accurately, ensuring materials are allocated correctly and scrap is accounted for. Track down variances of both Raw Materials and Finished Goods in work orders reported vs. actual amounts. Troubleshoot inventory problems - material shortages with regards to work orders.Assist Finished goods Inventory Control Clerk with inventory discrepancy research as needed.Work closely with the Receiving, Production, and Shipping Departments to obtain adherence to ERP Data and process standards.Communicate with all levels and positions as it relates to their positions and actions in the production process.
