Packer/Inspector
you will be responsible for operating thermoplastic extruders and associated production equipment to convert plastic resins into blown film for flexible plastic sheeting, tubing or bags, and efficiently producing a finished product on a timely basis that meets all customer product specifications.Starting Wage: $18.00Shift: Night (8pm - 8am)Shift Differential: $2.00Entry Level with Paid Training Provided!Great opportunity for upward mobility.Responsibilities:Alert Setup Technician and Changeover Technician using the light system to keep them informed of production statusKeep the work area clean and clutter free: pick up scrap material around the production lines and cut scrap off cores.Perform quality control checks on product and ensure all are properly labeled before stacking finished product.Package bags/rolls into boxes, weigh boxes and keep accurate counts in our system.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentManufacturing experience preferredLift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long period of time (12 hour shift includes 2 meal breaks)Willingness to learn.
