The Project Manager Assistant I performs administrative tasks, supporting Project Managers, to ensure smooth and timely project completion. Assists in conducting research, draft reports, keeps Project Management tracking systems updated, and manages correspondence from project team members. Makes meeting arrangements, performs outreach, tracks budgets, and oversees the minute details associated with complex task tracking.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide administrative support to the Project Management team by performing various administrative tasks, supporting accurate and timely completion of projects.Facilitate communication both internally and externally, addressing concerns to avoid project disruption.Create and maintain various project related documents for Project Manager review.Update and maintain Project Management tracking system with project related information, such as: project documentation, correspondence, project budgets, change orders, customer information, etc.Create and track purchase orders.Track inventoryInventory location and condition of assetsSupport inventory audits
Enter serial numbers into warranty system.Coordinate shipping of inventory items to customers.Contribute to the development and scoping of projects by assisting Project Managers with research, solicitation of bids for materials, and shop bids.Prepare project related financial reports for Project Managers.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or less than one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving and customer service skills.High attention to detail and accuracy required.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Knowledge of MS Office Suite software.Ability and willingness to learn project related software.WHY WORK WITH US?
