The Sales Coordinator has responsibility in both pre and post sales order activities -from receipt of order to delivery and invoicing AND everything in between!

Essential FunctionsProcess all equipment sales ordersCreate sales contract in Dealer Business System to track orderObtain credit approval with finance lenders and create lease documentsAssign (or Order) equipment to fulfill order – utilizing stock or issuing a PO for purchaseCoordinate with Service and Transportation to make equipment ready and deliver to customer.Complete order with invoicing and submitting documents for fundingSales tracking responsibilities to outside sales team to keep all informed of order statusInventory reportingThis role provides support to the sales team for administration duties.Qualifications
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesIntermediate Microsoft suite skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsEducation
High School Diploma preferredExperience in administrative support rile in similar work environment preferredBenefits
