Vice President, Infrastructure Technology

We are seeking to hire an Information Vice President to join our growing Technology team. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of helpdesk policies and procedures and interact with other departments and vendors to coordinate support efforts and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications, allowing the individual to provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.What You’ll Do:Work directly with ICONIQ employees to assist with technical issues and platform administration and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support cases.Provide white glove technical service to ICONIQ employees understanding their needs and providing realistic expectations and project status updates.Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.Track and document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions to maintain accurate records and improve future support.Monitor IT systems and networks for potential issues, proactively addressing problems before they impact users.This role is full time on-site, and not available for hybrid or remote. ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
