To strengthen and drive, to optimise HR policies and ensure a strong talent strategy, they are looking within Ghent region for a dynamic (m/f):Talent Acquisition PartnerFunctionDevelop and implement recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.Supervise the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring.Setting up onboarding programmes to quickly integrate new employees.Identify training needs and organise training sessions.Working with department heads to identify staffing needs.Conduct performance interviews and support career development.Analysing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Profile

Bachelor's or master's degree within an HR field or related study.Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, results-oriented and strong organisational skills.Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment tools.Fluent in Dutch, French and English.Offer
