South Lake Tahoe based vacation home management company is seeking a highly capable, experienced professional to join our leadership team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator (GM) to develop, manage, and lead our company to new heights. This position is responsible for oversight of the company's entire operations, both administratively and operationally, and involves time in the field in both South and North Tahoe / Truckee (though most work would likely be in South Tahoe). Work closely with the company owner, leadership team, and department heads to strategically direct the company on a day-to-day basis.You are a highly motivated and experienced leader that wants to be part of a special team. You have considerable experience building and leading teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are detail oriented and strategic in your approach to work. A supreme delegator and highly resourceful, you create impact around you by leveraging and empowering relationships and resources. You are self confident yet full of humility; a strong leader but kind and empathetic; naturally earning the respect of the team around you. You are fair, reasonable and have no hesitation to hold people accountable.You are able to take a vision / plan, and dissect it into strategic, implementable steps and components without constant guidance. You like flexibility and creative control. You want your work to matter, and you thrive in an environment where your effort produces visible, measurable results. You are a quick learner and decision maker, and are outstanding at multitasking and managing your time effectively in a fast paced environment. You are creative; a big picture thinker, while attentive to finer details. Experience implementing or working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework as an Integrator is preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn most jobs and systems in the company including field and administrative positionsWork closely with company owner to contribute to, integrate, and execute company vision and objectivesOversee company departments and staff, holding accountable to expectationsOversee company hiring initiatives, building appropriate teams to achieve company objectivesConstant engagement with company staff and systemsQUALIFICATIONS:
Significant team building, management, and leadership experienceVacation Home Rental industry experience or other property management / service operations experienceExperience implementing or working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework as an Integrator is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSignificant customer service and professional experienceHighly organized and able to multitask and work in a fast paced environmentSupreme delegator and highly resourcefulFlexibility to work Holidays and / or weekends to accommodate company and client needs, if neededWillingness to work in a multitude of tasks and functions, including getting hands dirtyCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$130,000 - $160,000 OTEEligibility for a performance based raises, bonuses, and commission in business growthHealth care stipend possiblePaid vacation
