Responsible for daily customer intake.Entering orders into the company system, as well as customer order portals.Responsible for quoting orders to internal/external customers.Assist with internal and external customers with order modifications and expedites.Responsible for communicating customer order status to internal and external customers.Responsible for entering customer returns and complaints through SharePoint.Interacts with critical departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsible for identifying and communicating possible improvements in work processes.Qualifications We Are Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in Customer Solutions or equivalent.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience dealing with customer complaints.Experience using ERP & CRM systems and practices.Knowledge of SharePoint system.These Are Your Benefits:
