Full time Veterinarian - Amazing Opportunity, Superior Salary, Sign-On Bonus - Washington, D.C.We are looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our team at our animal hospital in Washington, D.C. We are a busy practice with a wide range of patients, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. We are looking for a veterinarian who is compassionate, skilled, and experienced.
The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Virginia. They will also have at least 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries in animals
Performing surgery and other procedures
Providing preventive care, such as vaccinations and dental cleanings
Consulting with clients about their pets' health
Maintaining medical records
