Position Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Capital Raising Strategies:

In conjunction with Granite’s Executive Committee, Market Leaders and senior Investment Group members, formulate and implement comprehensive capital raising strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of our office investment projects. Build and Maintain Investor Relationships:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, pension funds, endowments, and other potential investors to expand the company's investor base. Track and Report Progress:

Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, commitments, and fund flows. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and performance metrics. Coordinate on Investor Material:

Collaborate with Granite CFO, CIO and Investment Group and Marketing group on development and quality control of investor material. Take the lead when pursuing opportunities for investment. Monitor Market Trends:

Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the commercial real estate and capital markets to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Coordinate relationship building activities

with targeted and existing investors. Essential Functions:

Ability to concentrate for long periods of time, whether alone or working with people in close proximity to you. Ability to consistently attend work and be punctual at the office. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or related roles within the commercial real estate investment sector [preferably with a focus on office investments]. Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Deep understanding of commercial real estate investment principles, financial analysis, and capital markets dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Physical Requirements:

Ability to independently move throughout the office and consistently and continuously perform essential job functions. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
