At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DORespond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shiftKeep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shiftClean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staffPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesClean and stock line to par throughout shiftFollow housekeeping standards per policyOperate trash compactor per procedures policyEnsure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and linedKeep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odorKeep current on all standard operating proceduresTurn all lost and found items into MODAttend pre-shift meeting conducted by MOD prior to start of each shiftAssist Other Employees as neededClean and dust all areas of venueSweep and mop floorsClean and maintains restroomsRefill toilet paper, paper towel, sanitary napkin and soap dispenseClean and polish hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, push plates, kick plates, metal handrails, cigarette urns and drinking fountainsMaintain adequate supply of cleaning equipment, materials and suppliesUse cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cleaning cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc.Remove wastepaper baskets and containers, and empties same into trash containers and cleans area after trash has been picked upReport all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisorObserve safety standards and practicesAdditional general cleaning of venuePerform related duties as required or assigned within job classificationWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:Three or more years in cleaning services or related type workAbility to read, write and follow written instructionDetail-oriented and team player with a positive “can-do” attitudeEarly Morning & Day time availabilitySense of UrgencyTime ManagementKitchen sanitation standardsCritical thinking and decision makingHigh School diplomaTolerance of all cultures, music and art formsPreferred:High volume kitchen operationsFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environmentExceptional communication skillsPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Work environment is fast-pacedPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and working on your feetMust be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniquesTolerance of loud noisesEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
