This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing day-to-day operations of Customer Service units. This role will be located onsite at the C1 Innovation Lab in the West End in Downtown Dallas.C1 Innovation Lab (Downtown Dallas) -- Helping Customers Reimagine the Purpose of Health Insurance. Opened in August 2017 in the West End, the C1 Innovation Lab is a high-rise development housing HCSC in the Heart of Dallas. This is a place where we put our customers first while we imagine, explore, nurture, and activate on their behalf. This facility serves as a beacon for customers to show them how committed we are to generating forward-thinking solutions that reduce health care expenses and improve health outcomes. It complements existing functions and infuses innovation into our daily operations.Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree and 2 years business experience OR 3 years business experience and 3 years experience in a leadership position with sound decision making skills in a customer service environment.Experience in developing/leading and inspiring employees.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Analytical and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Job Qualifications:

Knowledge of contract benefits, claim processing and inquiry procedures, system logic or the processing system.Knowledge of the health care industry.Bilingual.PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Are you being referred to one of our roles? $53,500.00 - $118,100.00
