As a Salesforce Developer, you play a key role in serving our clients and team members. Responsibilities:Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process with a focus on improving and evolving a qualified lead process, distribution, and management.Provide Sales and Marketing with accurate reporting on the organization’s key performance indicators on a consistent basis including actionable steps to improve the experience delivered to current and future customersDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwardsCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needsAbility to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processesRequirements:Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com DeveloperSalesforce.com Certified Platform Developer 1 certification requiredSalesforce.com Certified Platform Developer 2 certification preferredMinimum two years of experience as a Mulesoft DeveloperExperience building REST and SOAP-based APIs using Mule ESB flows with API-led connectivity architecture.Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, Apex classes and other content of advanced complexityStrong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalityA documented history of successfully driving projects to completionA demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirementsExcellent project management skills and a positive attitudeMust demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skillsMust demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePTOSick and Safe TimePaid Holidays OffSalary: $95,000-100,000/ yearEverlight Solar is proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer.
