Our Pay Rate Range reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay rate for this position ranges from $40/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $78.41/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay Rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Content Policy Manager (TEMP)Our Client is seeking a Policy Manager

to join the content policy team in refining policies and standards that impact listeners and the creative community with whom we work. This role will work with cross-functional and international teams to align on priorities and deliver solutions to address emerging and ever-evolving issues facing digital media consumers.Reporting to the Director of Content Policy, you will work closely with Legal and PR stakeholders,

product managers, content/creative teams, and other teams across the company to provide policy guidance and handle escalations. You will rely on your experience in content policy strategies, global program management, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to align on customer trust and safety best practices. You'll deliver results when faced with ambiguous circumstances and roadblocks. Your judgment and intuition are right, a lot, especially when balancing the diverse and sometimes competing needs of our business, creatives, publishers, and author and performer communities.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand existing policy and consult with partner teams on escalations, new use cases, or new product featuresCollaborate across departments and teams to communicate policy guidance and changes in the media landscape that may impact our clientAct as a point of contact and manage internal communications for policy issuesReview current team processes and improve controls for increased team efficiencySupport cross-functional policy projects, using data and existing policy to spot risks and recommend mitigationsRemain up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes worldwideDeliver crisp, timely policy decisions in clearly written guidance, briefing leadership when neededRepresent Content Policy in meetingsDevelop policies that consider multiple stakeholder perspectives, especially working with our client's writers, actors, and other creative professionals who craft the listening experiences we deliver.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent3+ years of compliance, policy, moderation, or risk management experienceExperience managing global projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to senior leadersStrong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities and judgmentAbility to operate under high levels of ambiguityTechnical fluency and knowledge of Word and Excel functionsPreferred QualificationsExperience developing new policies and process improvements at a global scaleDirect experience working in content policy or digital content moderation
