You will be leading a development team crafting software automation for semiconductor processes that delivers wafer-to-atomic information, enabling our customers to make timely decisions.What you will do

Develop control software for enabling customers to automate their SEM process workflows in a fabrication environment.Collaborate across time zones with engineering leaders.Participate in the full software development lifecycle from inception to completion including requirements analysis, specification, design, implementation, and testing.Support customers by reviewing specifications and providing on-site integration and validation.Manage your team's performance and professional growth.Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by forecasting resources to meet the software product roadmap.Make key technical decisions that impact product development.How you will get here

EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities5 years proven experience as a software engineer in a team environmentProven leadership in a team environmentProficiency in software engineering practices such as requirements, design, agile processes, and unit testingAbility to quickly come up to speed by understanding new problem domains, originating sound designs, and implementing well-structured codeExcellent analytical and empirical problem solving and debugging skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationallyPreferred QualificationsExperience with equipment manufacturing, electron microscopy or semiconductor.Development experience with automated capital equipment.Benefits include
