Position Overview:

Join our team as a dedicated solo truck driver for Dollar Tree, delivering goods in the Pacific Northwest region. This position offers competitive wages, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to be home weekly.

Key Details:

Weekly Pay:

Average $1,750/week ($91,000/year)

Top 10% Earn:

$2,488/week ($129,000/year)

Hourly Compensation:

Includes overtime pay at time and a half after 40 hours

Mileage Bonus:

Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – Up to 3% of mileage pay

Loads:

3 loads per week, 3 stops per load

Stop Pay:

Additional compensation for each stop

Hand Unloading:

Drivers will hand unload trailers using rollers

Ability to hand unload trailers using rollers

Home Time:

Weekly Reset:

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

Delivery Area:

Must reside within 100 miles of Ridgefield, WA; within 50 miles of Seattle, WA; or within 50 miles of Yakima, WA.**
