We are presently recruiting for both a biotech and a chemistry patent agent or attorney. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and at least 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for biotechnology and/or chemistry-related matters. As the positions will require communication with inventors and drafting patent applications, excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. The firm’s clients include global corporations in biotechnology, chemistry and life sciences that expect the highest quality of legal services. Also, experience with freedom to operate opinions is highly desired.Experience drafting or assisting on freedom-to-operate opinions also strongly preferred.
