Answering phone calls and dealing with phone enquiriesResponding to live chat enquiriesSkills and Experience Required
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)A friendly, patient, and positive approach to our customers and workPrevious experience in customer serviceProficient in Microsoft Excel & WordLanguage skills would be an advantage (multi-lingual)
