Lead a global team of developers and business analysts.Set annual team objectives and report on key team metrics throughout the year.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with global stakeholders including business sponsors, project managers, SMEs, and other product teams to ensure product and feature goals are clear and aligned to business objectives.Communicate with stakeholders so they understand when key features will be delivered, including project progress, statuses, and risks.

Product Ownership:

Plan, prioritize, and maintain a 12-24 month Sales Technology product roadmap that delivers maximum value for the business and aligns with the company’s strategic priorities.Maintain an understanding of the broader systems, data, and process architecture into which your product fits, and contribute to efforts to streamline and enhance architecture where appropriate.

Agile Practices:

Lead agile ceremonies, including quarterly planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings.

Release Planning:

Plan and prioritize product releases, determining when releases will occur and which features and enhancements will be included in each release.

Capacity and Resource Planning:

Lead work estimation exercises and determine resourcing required to deliver planned work.For Enterprise projects, collaborate with Project Management colleagues to ensure resourcing is allocated to support delivery of prioritized projects and that accurate and robust delivery plans are developed.

Product Support:

Serve as Level 2 or 3 support for issues that arise in your product area.Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the correction (or not) of defects.Carry out other duties as assigned.

This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role to remain open through July 31, 2024.Annual Bonus Opportunity:

Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.Benefits:
