Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Engineer solutions to support SWIFT TransactionsUnderstand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences2 years of experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure2 years of experience in engineering Linux and Unix SystemsDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalentSkilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environmentExperience in other messaging products such as IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, SQS/SNSExperience in PythonExposure to working in agile frameworkExperience using SharePoint, ConfluenceSkillsSkilled in supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect)Strong understanding of agile methodologiesDetermining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionProgramming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesRelationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and performing disaster recovery exercises with above mentioned SWIFT infrastructure componentsWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalSkilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant softwareExperience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OSAbility to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processThe future is what you make it to be.
