LOTS of Drop and HookOur freight is preplanned throughout the week which means no waiting for loads to be dispatched.About 90% of freight is contracted through a total of 5 companies and are all NO Touch.Home Time:
Minimum of 2 weeks out earns 2 days home2024 Driver Pay Scale, which includes rates based on driver experience:9 months: $0.50 per mile (must be within the previous 12 months)1 year: $0.52 per mile (experience must be within the previous 3 years)2-4 years: $0.55 per mile5-8 years: $0.58 per mile9 years +: $0.60 per mileNote that there is no hiring between San Antonio and Houston along I-35.
