Pearl Montessori is seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our team to lead our primary classroom (ages 2.5-6 years old). The ideal candidate is passionate about the Montessori approach to education with a strong background in early childhood education. We are looking for a collaborative and nurturing individual for this full-time position. Compensation is dependent upon education and experience.Qualifications:Montessori Teaching Certification, complete or in progressMinimum 12 ECE units, requiredBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field, or equivalent, preferredCPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience working in a primary classroom, 2 years preferredPhysical stamina to work with young children and lift up to 30 poundsAbility to work cooperatively with colleagues, communicate effectively and supervise personnel when necessaryStrong written and verbal communication skillsPatience, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with young childrenHow to Apply:If you have a can-do attitude and are excited to join a team of passionate educators, we invite you to apply for this role today!
