The primary purpose of this role is to provide supervision for our clients and to ensure their safety while building rapport. Responsibilities include:Being aware of where all assigned residents are and what they are doing at all times.Facilitating the residential daily schedule, including activities such as chores, meal service, and events.Providing transportation to residents for community outings in a safe manner.Practicing compliance with all policies and documentation requirements.Remaining current on all trainings and certifications required for employment.Qualifications
H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred. Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment with adolescents is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.Salary: $20-25.80/HR, DOEPhysical Demands
