will help deliver an optimized sales motion and growth for Staples. Will lead key sales enablement initiatives from concept to execution across multiple sales teams. Works directly with sales, learning and development, marketing, and other teams to identify metric drivers, develop content strategies and outputs, and support critical sales productivity initiatives.What You’ll Be Doing

Own the training and adoption of processes you create or are assigned.Develop learning and train sales teams on new processes and skills needed to scale quickly, including onboarding sessions, ongoing training sessions, new process launches, and new tool adherence.Manage program activities and meetings.Coordinate with program team members and other key stakeholders.Develop measurement tools to track performance after program implementation to determine overall success of the initiative.Eagerness and ability to learn - absorb new information quickly.Develop accurate, timely, and realistic project plans.Work with cross functional teams to determine key metrics that will track the project’s progress as well as its success.What You Bring To The Table

Detail-oriented with a high level of personal accountability.Ability to manage multiple projects (requests) at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment.Ability to adapt to new business environments as the business need changes.Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an effective and collaborative manner.What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.4+ years Sales, Project Management or Program Management.What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.MS Office suite proficiency; experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.Project/Program management experience ranging from planning and design through execution, risk mitigation, and analyzing results.We Offer
