Hello esteemed music enthusiasts and interested students and parents. My name is Jon, a jazz bassist, composer, and arranger, currently residing and contributing to the rich musical tapestry of Washington D.C. I am looking for new students in the area for in-person lessons.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-person music lessons to students of varying skill levels.
Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs and interests.
Teach music reading, harmony, fundamental music theory, and specific songs.
Foster a deep appreciation for music among students.
Qualifications:
Master of Music in Double Bass Performance and Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies.
Over 25 years of teaching experience.
Recognized achievements in the music industry, including awards.
Experience performing in renowned venues and festivals.
