The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new IP leads as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.We are seeking a Director of Sales to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time position.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead client relations team, providing guidance, motivation, and support. Conduct regular one on one meetings to review performance and provide coaching.Develop working relationships with Intended Parents and guide them through the process of matching with frozen donor eggs.Directly manage the team taking new lead calls and information requests from the website. Help answer any questions regarding the egg bank and process for intended parents.Assess the client relations department processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Collect and analyze data regarding lead generation, follow-through communication, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenues to ensure target objectives. Provide consistent and robust reporting to executive management.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of client information collected within internal databases.Handle and resolve complaints or difficult situations with clients.Ensure a full understanding of the program’s financial documents and agreements to help explain and answer questions from Intended Parents or provide assistance when needed.In partnership with Manager of Affiliate Growth and Strategy, drive IP-led affiliations with external clinics.Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.Handle all medical records with care while protecting donor anonymity and recipient confidentiality. Always maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and FDA guidelines regarding egg donation.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership position.At least 1 year in healthcare sales or medical office management.Excels in providing exceptional customer service and has a proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.Commitment to strict confidentiality and a thorough understanding of HIPAA.Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, along with other technology applications.Ability to problem solve and set obtainable financial goals.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:$90,000-$120,000 annually. The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
