We work hard, we play hard, and we always do whatever it takes to delight our customers.Skai is seeking a Director of Sales, who will be responsible for retaining and growing a select number of key accounts across the US, cultivating long-term strategic partnerships, and increasing market share and esteem for Skai. Reporting to the Head of Sales, West, they will be expected to meet and exceed revenue goals by planning and executing successful sales campaigns within the world's biggest brands.Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive new revenue across assigned Global Strategic clientsManage pipeline development, account growth and all forecasting of assigned prospects and clientsBe the Skai sales ambassador to our largest and most notable enterprise clientsResponsible for ensuring client satisfaction and serving as the brands representative to internal constituentsBe an expert in your clients industry, business needs, challenges and how Skai can be a strong partnerBe an expert, both internally and externally, in understanding Skai products and positioningPartner with Client Success team to ensure successful implementations, customer satisfaction, growth and ongoing partnership with clientsProvide ongoing product feedback to internal stakeholders within our product organizationWhat you'll bring to the table:
7+ years of online sales/sales management experience, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals, delivering significant revenue and customer growthDocumented success in SaaS, digital media, or enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-direct sales and be successful at running consultative sales processes in large and complex prospect organizations. Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organizationsFriendly, caring personality with great relationship building skillsMust be genuine and authentic - one who will wear Skai’s values on their sleeveHigh integrity, smarts and dedication. We are looking for uncommonly good sales professionals with a highly collaborative, value-driven, honest, and direct approach to delivering customer successExcellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issuesOut of the box thinker - This is necessary to creatively think of ways to grow and expand partnerships with some of our longest standing and most successful clients and partnersWe are hybrid for the long term - with a great home/ office work mix, passionate and diverse team members, and a vibrant company culture.The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 base plus strong commission plan and equity. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.Join us!
