Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES Provide management oversight of team or support on the following systems/technologies (but not limited to) Full control and responsible for performance on requirements Responsible for personnel management on program Demonstrate IT experience within past 3 years of similar size/scope Experience in supervising large IT service contracts Experience in management of system modernization projects Collaboration with customers, partners, and other stakeholders Experience in cost control and management of technical and financial reports (weekly/monthly) We are going after 2 Functional Categories and need a Program Manager for both: FC4 – Infrastructure, Network, Telecommunication, Tier 2/3 system administration/engineering services Network or Telecom FC5 – Enterprise Service Desk, Tiers 0/1/2 support services, end-user support, Desktop services to include, but not limited to Asset Management Service Desk REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field; preferred Master’s degree in IT or MBA Proven experience managing large enterprise IT contracts Minimum 10 years of experience ITIL and PMP certifications (current); prefer CSM U.S. Citizen; minimum of SECRET clearance (and clearable to TOP SECRET) Overview
