Join our Marketing and Business Development team at Frazier and Deeter (FD) as the Sales Enablement and Proposal Development Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness and supporting our business development efforts. This role will lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies and manage the proposal development process to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.Responsibilities:

Proposal Management:

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, from initial RFP review to final submission, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop compelling proposals that align with client needs and objectives.

Sales Enablement Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies to support the business development team in achieving revenue goals.Create sales collateral, tools, and resources that empower the sales team to effectively engage prospects and clients.

Content Development:

Create and maintain a library of standardized content, including proposal templates, case studies, client references, and sales presentations.Tailor content for specific client opportunities, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Process Improvement:

Continuously improve proposal processes and templates to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices and tools to enhance the quality and success rate of proposals.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to the sales team on sales enablement tools, proposal processes, and best practices.Conduct regular feedback sessions to gather insights and improve sales enablement initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze proposal metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and measure success.Generate regular reports on proposal activity, win rates, and pipeline contributions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and practice area subject matter experts to gather information and insights for proposals.Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and effective support for sales initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in sales enablement, proposal management, or related roles within a dynamic business environment.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies.Strong understanding of or ability to learn professional services sales methodologies and sales processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations with a creative eye.Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.Additional Details:
