Job Title: Data Scientist
Position Summary:We're seeking a Data Scientist to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insightsDevelop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithmsCreate data visualizations and dashboardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutionsEnsure data quality and integrityStay current with industry trends in data scienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)12-15 years of experience in data science or related rolesProficiency in Python, R, or SQLExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plusKnowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniquesExperience in developing analytical documentation for ongoing projectsWork remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
