You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating results.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business.Effectively communicate with the business on scope changes and timelines.Clearly articulate requirements to the team.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through excellent written and oral communication skills.Discuss key business objectives with stakeholders, understand how business users and customer data is collected, and suggest appropriate data collection methods.Work with business executives to understand business constraints that impact data science or machine learning models.Examine sample data and prepare a preliminary solution proposal document to present to clients.Extract, transform, and organize data into datasets.Lead data collection, validation, and analysis activities including risk, spend, commodity, and supplier information.Work with various technologies such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL Server.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
8 to 11 years of work experience in Business Analysis/Data Analysis, with the ability to work independently with client business and analytics stakeholders.Experience working with CPG data sets and project management skills.Strong experience in operations reporting and writing SQL queries to identify breaks in reporting.Ability to understand client’s business problems, working as part of a global team and performing project-related studies and analysis.A strong aptitude for storytelling through the analysis of data.Strong CPG/FMCG domain experience.Hands-on analytical experience with a proven track record of results.Experience in Data Analysis to identify impacted customers and remediation strategies.Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues simply and orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.Experience performing ad-hoc analysis on card portfolios, identifying revolvers, transactors, and analyzing operational impact.Bachelor's or higher in data analytics or equivalent work experience.Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
