Part or Full Time position available (3 to 5 patient days)Salary:

Starting salary based on experience. Earning potential with Results Based Incentive up to $300k.What You'll Do

Our Advanced Practice Providers are expected to evaluate and treat patients with all types of skin disorders, lesions, biopsies, wound care, skin rashes/allergies, and suture removal, and to assist in surgery with the physician. Perform basic cosmetic procedures including injectables, microneedling, and lasers. This position is for a responsible person, willing to exceed and demonstrate ethical and professional standards in patient care with an attention to excellence and superb patient service. Must have a passion for Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology and be willing to provide patient care independently in collaboration with our dermatology team.The provider maintains a positive, professional, attentive, and welcoming environment for patients during their visit with us. In addition, they perform the following functions:Adheres to and supports the mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of Skin Dermatology.Perform comprehensive assessments and provide dermatology care and procedures, along with cosmetic dermatology.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.Order and interpret diagnostic tests as applicable to dermatology.Prescribe medications and other treatments.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.Provide dermatology procedures within your passion and scope of practice.Perform utilization review and utilization management to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources.Must have the ability to work autonomously.Assist in all areas of practice operation as requested.Qualifications

Successful completion of a registered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner education program.Board certified and current unrestricted Massachusetts PA or NP license is required.4+ years of experience in a medical office setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred.2+ years of experience in Medical Dermatology preferred.2+ years of experience in Cosmetic Dermatology preferred.Plastic Surgeon, Surgical, Mohs and/or Medical Spa experience is a plus.Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills essential.
