This Program Sr Consultant role reports to the GRAO Program Management Office (PMO) that is responsible for day-to-day enablement of the GRAO strategy. The primary responsibility of the Program Sr Consultant is to support the PMO in providing continuity in committee governance activities across the various programs that execute the GRAO strategy. The role holder will need the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and

exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. The

must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and attention to detail.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Responsible to develop and finalize governance committee materials as required in the PMO oversight and governance routinesResponsible to develop and finalize ad-hoc presentation materials, reports and correspondence as neededResponsible to develop and maintain the annual governance committee calendar and monthly agendasResponsible to coordinate and support scheduling of governance committee meetings as neededResponsible to coordinate and support annual reviews and updates to governance committee charters as neededResponsible to support and coordinate closure of challenge log itemsAct as a key point of contact to support PMO governance routinesResponsible to maintain timely packaging and archival of completed PMO governance deliverablesSupport the PMO in maintaining timely and relevant program governance updates to the PMO Team Planner boardSupport and coordinate program governance communicationsIdentifies opportunities for improvement and supports the PMO to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.Demonstrates flexibility and agility to pivot to new and/or changing program prioritiesAbility to work with multiple partners in cross-functional groups at various levels throughout the organizationMaintains confidentiality of correspondence records, presentations and reports in a central repository systemPrioritizes and handles multiple projects with accuracyDelivers a work product that requires less revisionAble to facilitate discussions and reach decisionsThe ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following:

ACollege or University degree and relevant governance experience with industry knowledge is required (financial risk, non-financial risk, regulatory and/or compliance)Technical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite required(advanced with Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe).·
